- May 2004 - Robert Gallop has joined Imperial PlasTech Inc. (TSX-VEN: IPG) as Chief Financial Officer as the company transitions from interim management following a successful restructuring under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (CCAA). Imperial PlasTech is a diversified plastics manufacturer supplying a number of markets and customers in the residential, construction, industrial, oil and gas and telecommunications and cable TV markets with facilities in Atlanta Georgia, Peterborough Ontario and Edmonton Alberta. Mr. Gallop has extensive senior level financial experience in a variety of industries and is principal of Horseshoe Consulting, acting as advisors and implementers of solutions to strategic, operational and financial issues.
